  Showroom salesman Gus was great, delivery process very smooth. Online tracking of delivery on the day of is first rate! That said, box springs were messed up - a factory defect - but Mattress Warehouse responded immediately to replace them. 4 stars out of 5 because of the product defect - but Mattress Warehouse did a great job.

  I bought the king mattress set from Costco but the box springs were too high. I called Mattress Warehouse and talked to Gus. He is very knowledgeable and explained that I can go with either bunkie boards (2") or low profile box springs (5"). He sold me the box springs for a very good price. Since my house is in Centreville, he even had the box springs delivered to the Chantilly store so I didn't have to drive to Gainesville to pick them up. I highly recommend Gus if you ever new mattresses or box springs.
