  what is it with all these Spanish people posting reviews with poor English! Be grateful you’re in one of the greatest economies to shop in! I’m not sure where these people are coming from but I have shopped at this Ross in particular in gainesville VA hundreds of times, it’s peaceful and quiet and it’s clean. I always find interesting HOME items to purchase! That’s generally , what I look for at ross not useless clothes or shoes or useless things women buy constantly and constantly for no apparent reason other than to fill their closets with more and more things! Ross employees are underpaid overworked and most assuredly underappreciated by the types of people that post reviews on here based on ONE bad experience. THE employees of Ross probably just are annoyed by the few messy* distracted* people that go there. AND then think it’s OK, to comment & post a review based on their one tiny shopping experience! How could you blame the store for your family members losing their personal items, are you kidding me! How about keeping your purse with you at all times. I have seen Ross employees work very hard! The employees of Ross are just trying to keep up constantly cleaning after the messy customers that go in there and create disasters for them to clean up afterwards! so I don’t blame them entirely they do work really hard just trying to keep the store clean. get over yourself and stop complaining maybe learn English and stop making the rest of the Spanish population look BAD you are embarrassing to your own kind! I love ross and this one in gainesville is my favorite store I have bought bath towels here that I have been using for about three or four years now, nautic bath towels 100%cotton, they’re part of my weekly rotation of brilliantly white bath towels! furthermore, this stores carries frames that are very good quality and hard to find at reasonable prices except for here. I use them to display my vacation photos YEAR AFTER YEAR! Very grateful for this Ross, it has helped me find good Christmas gifts birthday gifts home items husband PJs and countless other items. furthermore, i'm grateful for the employees that work really hard to keep this store in good condition and order! One year I remember we bought an extra large leather ottoman from here that retails for $350 and we only paid 150. needless to say sometimes it’s best for you to see things for yourself. OR better yet learn English before posting a review.

  yesterday was my family to buy in this store and some people took my clothes cart, be careful that they are stealing wallets and their belongings ... please call the police in such cases.

  WORSE ROSS I've ever been in! Smells like a locker room. The merchandise must be products that other Ross stores had from years ago and rather than donating it to charity they put it in this store. Poor selection and the condition of the items looked old, outdated and I noticed lots of damaged clothes, broken zippers, missing buttons, torn sleeves, etc. Positive: the store was really neat
