  Employees seemed very unprofessional and rude. If you want to purchase a phone I wouldn't recommend coming here Manassas provided much better service nonetheless I plan on switching to Verizon due to terrible service.

  I only have sprint out of desperation and needing a phone quickly. My attitude towards sprint changed last night when I had to add a line on my account. Cortez was friendly, had amazing customer service and made everything as easy as possible for me. This was the first time I left as a satisfied customer at sprint and not with a headache and feeling agitated. When my phone comes up for upgrade in April, I will be coming here to Cortez. I really wish I could give him ten stars.
