  I went into the ship center to find a box. I brought in what I wanted to ship. The staff member could not have been less helpful. He treated me as though I was interrupting him. He directed me to boxes. I asked him what size box he thought I should try first. He didn't intend to help me at all, and replied with.. Idont know. The largest box was too big. I asked if the next size down was empty as the rack seemed empty. His response? Maybe.... Seems to me he needs to return to remedial customer service training. I have used the print center many many times. There used to be a very polite woman who worked there. I think I will find somewhere else to manage my printing and shipping. In the end, because of this useless employee, one of my To-do's for today will remain on the list until tomorrow.

  This used to be a well-managed and maintained store with great employees while Dawn ran the place. Since she left it's been a steady slide downhill. Self-service Xerox machines are constantly down for maintenance. Staff are rude or completely oblivious. Went in tonight and had to wait 15 minutes for the copy staff (one guy) to stop answering the telephone to fix a machine for a person copying one page that he could have copied for her while he was on the phone. The copy staff here always used to do that: if things were backed up in the self- service, they do it for you. Manager was at main desk and saw the huge line forming over there too, but choose to ignore it and play on his phone. Of course, I noticed he went over AFTER everyone left the self-service. Bought some things too, and they rang up triple the posted price. Good thing I watched (been burned here before too).
